NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to The Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered on April 16, 2025, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 25, 2024, in Case No. 24-CA-000125 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and NICHOLAS OCHS, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF LONNA M. REMSEN; DANIEL CAVANAUGH; WHISPERWOOD I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LONNA M. REMSEN are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of July 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 11-B, WHISPERWOOD I TOWNHOMES, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 8, WHISPERING PINES, PHASE 2, PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 19, A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 8, FOR 103.28 FEET; THENCE NORTH FOR THE 18.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH FOR 40.0 FEET; THENCE EAST FOR 18.06 FEET; THENCE SOUTH FOR 40.0 FEET; THENCE WEST FOR 18.06 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
