NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order to Cancel and Reset the Foreclosure Sale entered on April 17, 2025 and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 22, 2024, in Case No. 24-CA-000313 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and NIKI MARIE GONZALEZ , UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JESUS GONZALEZ and AVERY'S BRICK'S N STICKS CONSTRUCTION INC. DBA RIGHT WAY ROOFING are Defendants, the Office of Kevin C. Karnes, Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on the 17th day of July, 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 82 AND 83, BLOCK 2772, CAPE CORAL UNIT 40, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and
fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
