NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2025, and entered in Case No. 24-004382-CO of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Grosse Pointe Co-Op, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and Jack Ross, deceased, Dorothy H. Ross, deceased, John Ross, David Eric Ross, Linda Bond, Leanne Bond, David Edward Ross, Bryan Ross, Alison Ross, Courtney Ross, Robyn M. Ross, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County Florida, A Governmental Entity, Florida Department of Revenue, A Governmental Entity, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, and any and all Unknown Persons in Possession are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on May 20, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 213, GROSSE POINTE CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 10970, Page 2207, et. seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” of said Master Agreement

TOGETHER WITH any equity owned in said unit or any assets of GROSSE POINTE CO-OP, INC., including Membership Certificate Number 213, representing one (1) share in GROSSE POINTE CO-OP, INC., and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom, and including one (1) 1969 mobile home, VINs RF104BD and RF104AD, Title numbers 3714887 and 3714886, and Real Property Decal numbers 12007466 and 12007465, with all attachments, additions, furniture, fixtures, air conditioning/heating units attached to or made a part of the mobile home now owned or hereafter at any time made or acquired, together with all rights and privileges appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
