NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 27, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 24-001523-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EF MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff and VALERA PROPERTY BROTHERS LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on May 14, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
