NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Ex Parte Order Rescheduling Sale at Public Auction, dated April 10, 2025, and entered in case # 2023-CA-007860 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DUSHYANT GULATI is the Plaintiff, and NEW GROWTH GARDENING, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, ANTHONY WAYNE WOODS is the Defendant. The Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the subject property at public sale with a minimum first auction bid of at least Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to the highest bidder for cash on June 10, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted online at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
The subject property is described as set forth in the said Order, to wit:
