NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 22, 2025, issued in and for Polk County, Florida, in Case No. 2024CA003476000000, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE MFA 2020-NQM2 TRUST is the Plaintiff, and PATRICK D. JOHNSON, ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC., LAKE MARION GOLF RESORT HOMEOWNER`S ASSOCIATION, INC. and LAKE MARION GOLF ESTATES MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
