NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024 CA 003707 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein GLEN OAKS RIDGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KEITH SPENCER, ROBERT BISSELL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KEITH SPENCER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT BISSELL and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
