NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled Case Number 2024 CC 003302 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lots 140 and 141, OAKS I Single Family, a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 48, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
With an address of 75 Osprey Point Drive, Osprey, FL 34229, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on September 8, 2025 at 9:00 am. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
