COTTRAL is the Defendant, that NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, The Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller, will sell the following property, in PASCO County, Florida, described as:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M. on September 22, 2025. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
