SOUTH BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
SEA WALL REPAIRS WITHIN THE DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by SOUTH BAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (the “DISTRICT”), HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, until 3 p.m., local time August 28, 2025, at the following location, Bowman Consulting, 6200 Whiskey Creek Drive, Fort Myers, Florida 33919, Tel: 239-985-1200, and commencing at 3:15 p.m. on the above date, such bids as received will be opened and read aloud at same address. The work for which proposals are to be submitted consists of providing labor, materials and equipment for seawall repairs within the Little Harbor development, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the specifications and contract documents pertaining thereto which may be examined at Bowman Consulting, 6200 Whiskey Creek Drive, Fort Myers, Florida 33919. One copy of the documents, including blank bid forms to be executed and submitted with a proposal, may also be obtained at Bowman Consulting, 6200 Whiskey Creek Drive, Fort Myers, Florida 33919 for a fee of $50.00, or requested in electronic format (at no cost) to [email protected].

Proposals shall be prepared, addressed and submitted in compliance with detailed instructions as set forth in the contract documents.

The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, technical errors and formalities, and to award the contract as it deems will best serve the interest of the District.
