NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-001237 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Judith Terrell a/k/a Judith Ann Terrell f/k/a Judith Ann Withem; Foxmoor Lakes Master Association, Inc. f/k/a Foxmoor Lakes Association, Inc. a/k/a Foxmoor Lakes Homeowner’s Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on August 28, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
