DBA BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES, Plaintiff and ESMERALDA MALDONADO; MARIBEL MALDONADO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA EDITH SANTIAGO; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA JOHN DOES are Defendant(s), Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on September 4, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
