Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 28th day of July, 2025, in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, Case No.: 25-CC-0062 wherein WILLIAMSBURG AT THE COLONY CONDOMINIUM 3 ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and DONALD R. PEARSON and THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on August 28, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 24, WILLIAMSBURG AT THE COLONY CONDOMINIUM 3, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 2133, at page(s) 797, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereunto attached
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
