NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on or about September 4, 2024, and is now pending as case number 2024-003966-CI in the Circuit Court in the State of Florida, County of Pinellas.
The name of the unserved party to the action is:

Parkville, MD 21234
and the nature of the proceeding is an action for Partition for Real Property.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff’s attorney, Corrie Dutton, Esq., whose address is 10521 Bloomingdale Ridge Drive, Riverview, FL 33578, on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
