YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to the above-described real property has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on Glenn E. Goldberg, Esq., attorney for Plaintiff, Goldberg Law Group, P.A., 944 Fourth Street N., Suite 600, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, on or before May 14, 2025, otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer for Pinellas County, Florida.
