NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 9, 2025 entered in the above-captioned case that the Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Lot 14, in Block 4, of FRANKLIN HEIGHTS, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 17 through 20, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale on August 19, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for online auctions.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
