NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Apartment No. 120, TIFFANY GARDENS APARTMENTS, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, Plat Book 7, Pages 23-25, and in O.R. Book 3455 Pages 937-977, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3100 Hartford St. N., #120, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33713.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 21, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
