NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 177, Building 4570, LAKE OVERLOOK CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Pages 28-32, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3579, Pages 485-555, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 4570 Overlook Drive NE., #177, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33703.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 4, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
