NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT in accordance with Section 177.101 of the Florida Statutes, Curtis D. and Lilia C. Hillegas intend to petition the Board of County Commissioners of Flagler County, Florida, on August 18, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible during its regular scheduled meeting to vacate a portion of the 15 foot wide Drainage Easement along the North (right) lot line within Lot 11 of Hammock Moorings North, as recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 77, Public Records of Flagler County, Florida, with the portion of the Drainage Easement to be vacated through this request being within and part of Lot 11 and more particularly described as:
For a Point of Reference commence at the most northerly corner of said Lot 11 and run thence S66°38’28”W, along the northerly line of Lot 11, 63.03 feet; thence S23°21’32”E 14.72 feet to a building corner and the Point of Beginning of this description. Thence S23°05’32”E, along said building, .28 feet to the southerly line of a 15’ drainage easement; thence S66°38’28”W, along said easement, 52.98 feet to the westerly end of an existing building; thence N23°07’06”W, along said building, .506 feet to a building corner; thence N66°52’54”E, along the northerly face of said building 52.979 feet to the Point of Beginning and to close.
Containing 20.93 square feet.
