NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on July 21, 2015, and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 10, 2024 and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-001385-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and CODY MICHAEL SCARBORO AND SOMERSET CROSSINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moor Russell, Esq.,
Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00A.M. on the 4th day of September 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, SOMERSET CROSSING TRACT F REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGE(S) 56-62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
