Final Judgment was awarded on July 30, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2023-CA-001743, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; BAYBERRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BORIS FURLENDER; IRINA KRUZHALOVA FURLENDER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on September 4, 2025 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 6-D, BAYBERRY OF NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 756, PAGE 636, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
