Final Judgment was awarded on July 22, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024CA001709000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, RELIANCE FIRST CAPITAL, LLC is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL H. GARDNER; NORMA D. GARDNER; GOODLEAP, LLC; MV REALTY PBC, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DAVID GARDNER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A DIANNA STANLEY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com on September 23, 2025 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25 OF BEECH HAVEN ESTATES, AS SHOWN BY MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 63 PAGE 36.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
