UNIT NO. 305, BUILDING NO. 3, THE TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2113, PAGE 6703, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 335 CAPE HARBOR LOOP, UNIT 105, BRADENTON, FL 34212; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on SEPTEMBER 3, 2025 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
