NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff’s Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Sale entered on May 27, 2025, and the Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on March 26, 2025, in Case No. 2024-CA-000919 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein COASTAL COMMUNITY BANK, is Plaintiff, and LARRY BUSBEE A/K/A LARRY TODD BUSBEE and SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are Defendants, the Office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of September 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, FOREST CREEK PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE(S) 192 THROUGH 200, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 4803 HARVEST GROVE PL, PARRISH, FL 34219
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
