NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 24, 2025 and entered in the above styled Case Number 2023-CA-005064 NC of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, that Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court, will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOTS 4 AND 5, BLOCK 26, REVISED PLAT OF SIESTA SUBDIVISION,AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 38, OFTHE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THENORTH 7.5 FEET OF VACATED ALLEY LYING ADJACENT THERETOLESS ANY PORTION OF ALLEY NEEDED FOR WIDENING OF HIGELAVENUE, AS SET FORTH IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2056, PAGE1052, OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS.
With an address of 3615 Higel Avenue, Sarasota, Florida 34242 Parcel ID: 2019140065, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on September 4, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
