WHITE, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com on September 18, 2025 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 41, BLOCK H, NORTHWOOD UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 145-147, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 27021 CORAL SPRINGS DRIVE, WESLEY CHAPEL, FL 33544 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
