NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 24, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 24-CA-006241 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Clerk of Court of Lee County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 11 day of September, 2025 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 42 and 43, Block 669, Unit 21, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 149 through 173, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
