NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 4, 2024, nunc pro tunc August 22, 2024 in Civil Case No. 22-004641-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and THOMAS M. CARLIN, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of August, 2025 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 146, BOOT RANCH - EAGLE WATCH - PHASE C REPLAT, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 109, Pages 64, 65, 66 and 67, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
