NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2025, and entered in Case No. 19-001844-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2007-1 NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, is Plaintiff and Nikibi Dempsey Unknown Spouse Of Nikibi Dempsey; Jada Campbell-Blossom a/k/a Jada Campbell Unknown Spouse Of Jada Campbell-Blossom a/k/a Jada Campbell; Lvnv Funding, LLC, Successor In Interest To HSBC/Best Buy, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of September, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 37, LAKEWOOD SHORES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED ON PLAT BOOK 94, PAGES 36 AND 37, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2665 Cordova Way S., St Petersburg, Florida 33712
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
