NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 29, 2025 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on September 10, 2025 at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Florida alcoholic beverage license number 62-00329 4 COP (Pinellas County)
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
