NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 08, 2025, and entered in 24000900CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED CREDIT RISK TRANSFER TRUST, SERIES 2020-2 is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOYCE GADRY, DECEASED; TRACY LOMBARD; DEBORAH GADRY; RONALD GADRY JR; RICHARD GADRY; BRENDA JOYCE A/K/A BRENDA GADRY-JOYCE A/K/A BRENDA FEARNS; ROGER GADRY; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
