Book 972, Page 725 et. seq., the survey, plot plan and graphic description of improvements thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, Pages 82A through 82I, and the First Amendment to Declaration of Condominium of HIDEAWAY BAY BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, recorded in O.R. Book 1098, Page 1855 et. seq., all of which are recorded in the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Association Legal Services, LLC, Plaintiff’s attorney, at 12600 World Plaza Lane.
