NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 28, 2025 and entered in Case No. 532024CA002269000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CAROLYN MARIE THOMAS, DECEASED; VELPEAU CARLTON THOMAS, JR.; DONNA TROBAUGH; FRANCES SCHAAL; TERRY KEVIN THOMAS; BENJAMIN THOMAS; BECKY WHEELER; SHERYL MCDUFFIE; MICHELLE HILL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; HSBC FINANCE CORPORATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III”; ISPC, INC.; CITY OF LAKELAND, FLORIDA; ADVANCED PLUMBING TECHNOLOGY, LLC; are defendants.
