Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated July 9, 2025, and in Case No. 2024CC001725 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which SERENO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., the Plaintiff and CARL DONAVON AUSTIN & KAREN CARNATE MAKAHIYA AUSTIN the Defendant(s), the Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00am on September 2, 2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Summary Judgment:
Lot 53, of Sereno Phase One, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 146, at Pages 22 through 25, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
