NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND INTENT TO FORECLOSE;
regarding timeshare interest(s) owned by the Obligor(s) (see Schedule “1” attached hereto for Obligors and their notice address) Crystal Shores Condominium, located in Collier County, Florida, and more specifically described as follows: Season: (See Schedule “1”), Unit No. (See Schedule “1”), Unit Week (See Schedule “1”), View Type: (See Schedule “1”), Unit Type: (See Schedule “1”) in CRYSTAL SHORES CONDOMINIUM, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Record Book 4246, at Page 3299, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with any amendments thereto. Pursuant to the Declaration(s) /Plan(s) referenced above, Crystal Shores Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (the “Association”) did cause a Claim of Lien to be recorded in public records of said county. Obligor is liable for payment in full of amounts as shown in the lien plus costs; and is presently in default of obligation to pay. Trustee is conducting a nonjudicial foreclosure pursuant to Florida Statute 721.855.
