NOTICE OF SALE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY PURSUANT TO SECTION 715.109, FLORIDA STATUTES
Notice is hereby given that, on September 2, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at 1425 Ritter Rd., Lot 13, Southwinds Mobile Home Park, Inc., pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, shall sell at public sale by competitive bidding the following property abandoned by Eric Stephen Jarvis and Cathi A. Jarvis, to wit: A certain 1986 BAYS singlewide mobile home, bearing VIN # 33610313V. The name of the former tenant is Arlene Tynan.
All sales are as-is, where-is, with all faults, for cash, and subject to any and all ownership rights, liens, and security interests which have priority under law. The landlord, pursuant to statute, reserves the right to bid on the subject property in an attempt to recover unpaid storage costs and costs of advertising and sale.
