REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
DISTRICT COUNSEL SERVICES

EAGLE POINTE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Pointe Community Development District (“District”) will accept proposals from qualified firms interested in providing district counsel services. Interested firms should submit a proposal containing general information about their firm, a scope of services, and pricing information to District Manager, Richard McGrath, at [email protected].

These services are considered contractual services under Florida law and are not required to be competitively bid. In order to submit a proposal, each firm must be authorized to do business in Florida, hold all required state and federal licenses, and otherwise meet any applicable requirements set forth by the District. Proposals must be received by August 28, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. via electronic transmission to [email protected]

The District’s Board of Supervisors (“Board”) is expected to consider all proposals at their regularly scheduled meeting on September 4, 2025. PLEASE PLAN ON ATTENDING THE SPECIAL MEETING TO PRESENT YOUR PROPOSAL AND RESPOND TO QUESTIONS FROM THE BOARD. Also, feel free to reach out to individual Board Supervisors and staff if you’d like to learn more about the community and the District prior to the September meeting. Price will be one factor considered by the Board, but the District explicitly reserves the right to award the contract to a firm that does not submit the proposal with the lowest price. Further, the District has the right to reject any and all proposals and waive any technical errors, informalities, or irregularities if it determines it is in the best interest of the District to do so.
