NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on the 31st day of July 2025, in Case No. 2022-CA-004376 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT TRUST IV is the Plaintiff BLUE INTERNATIONAL GROUP, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; LUCRECIA DELMONTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCRECIA DELMONTE; GALLOWAY ROOFING LLC, AS WELL AS ALL MATERIALMEN, SUPPLIERS, CONTRACTORS, and SUB-CONTRACTORS; CITY OF SARASOTA; HOMEBRIDGE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS DELAWARE TRUSTEE OF SMRF TRUST IV-A; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants.
