The action was instituted in the Circuit Court, Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota, County, Florida; Case No. 2025CA000632NC; and is styled Rocket Mortgage, LLC f/k/a Quicken Loans, LLC vs. Jennifer Lee Anzures. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Brandi Wilson, Esq., Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 255 South Orange Ave, Suite 900, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before 9-15-2025, (or 30 days from the first date of publication) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
