NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED MEETING

The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Highland Trails Community Development District (“District”) will hold a Meeting on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn Tampa-Wesley Chapel 26640 Silver Maple Parkway, Florida 33544. This meeting was originally scheduled for Monday, September 1, 2025, and the Board may consider any business that may properly come before it.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with provisions of Florida law for community development districts. A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available on the District’s website: https://www.highlandtrailscdd.org. The meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.

There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.
