The Agency for Persons with Disabilities hereby gives notice of the issuance of an ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT seeking the entry of a Final Order imposing an administrative fine, suspension, revocation, non-renewal of license, or any other sanction, corrective actions, restrictions, or conditions authorized by statute or rule. You have the right to request a hearing pursuant to Sections 120.569 and 120.57, Florida Statutes, by filing a written request for hearing with the APD Agency Clerk.
