NOTICE OF MEETINGS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026

The Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Lake St. Charles Community Development District (“District”) will hold their regular meetings for Fiscal Year 2026 at the Lake St. Charles Community Clubhouse, 6801 Colonial Boulevard., Riverview, Florida 33578, on the first Wednesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise indicated as follows:

November 5, 2025
December 3, 2025
January 7, 2026
February 4, 2026
March 4, 2026
April 1, 2026
May 6, 2026
June 3, 2026
July 1, 2026
August 5, 2026
September 2, 2026

The meetings will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts and will be open to the public. The meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. A copy of the agenda for the meetings may be obtained by contacting the office of the District Manager c/o Rizzetta & Company, Inc., 2700 S Falkenburg Rd, Ste. 2745, Riverview, FL 33578 Phone: (813) 533-2950 (“District Manager’s Office”).

There may be occasions when one or more Board supervisors or staff will participate by speaker telephone. Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations at any meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Office at (813) 533-2950 at least three (3) business days prior to the meeting.
