WILLIAMS, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA and RIVERBEND WEST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
