NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2025, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 24-CA-001057, wherein NEWREZ LLC DBA SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING (FKA SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC) is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS,
CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GILBERTO MENDOZA, HILDA R. GARCIA, CARMEN MENDOZA, GILBERTO MENDOZA, JR., EFRAIN MENDOZA, MANUEL RAMON PEREZ A/K/A MANUEL PEREZ, KAYLA SYLVIA PADILLA A/K/A KAYLA PADILLA, KAIRI JEDZIAH PADILLA A/K/A KAIRI PADILLA, MILDA P. ORTIZ-LAWAS, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR D. CRIST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on September 02, 2025, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
