NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (Count I) dated August 5, 2025, entered in Case No.: 24-CA-009128 of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Victor Crist, the Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on September 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 9, Block 4, and the South 1/2 of a vacated 60 foot street (9th Street North) abutting on the North boundary of Lot 9, Subdivision of Tracts 15 & 16 of South Tampa, in the Southwest 1/4 Section 26, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 3, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 2602 S. 69th Street, Tampa, Florida.
