Final Judgment was awarded on July 17, 2025 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-000151, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, MCLP ASSET COMPANY, INC. is the Plaintiff, and SUZAN KAYAL; CHRISTINE KAYAL A/K/A CHRISTINE VISCONTI A/K/A CHRISTINE VISCONTI-; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUZAN KAYAL N/K/A ANTHONY KAYAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE KAYAL A/K/A CHRISTINE VISCONTI; CROSS CREEK PARCEL D PHASE I HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC.; CROSS CREEK II MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Victor Crist will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 10, 2025 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 3, CROSS CREEK PARCEL “D” PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE(S) 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
