NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 15-CA-006944 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and Kevin P. O’Brien; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By Through Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Marisa A. O’Brien a/k/a Marisa O’Brien ; Regions Bank; Van Dyke Farms Homeowners’ Association, Inc.; United States of America - Internal Revenue Service; Tenant #1 are the Defendants, that Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of September, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
