NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered on August 11, 2025 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 35, Block 1, WESTCHASE SECTION “377”, according to the map of plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 10, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
