NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 11, 2025, under Case No. 25-CA-002660 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WEST FLORIDA INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation, as to an undivided 67% interest, and CARMEN G. DOMINQUEZ, TRUSTEE of THE JAMES COOPER REVOCABLE TRUST u/a/d June 22, 2018, as to an undivided 33% interest, are Plaintiffs, and JAMKIN CONSULTING, INC., a dissolved Florida corporation d/b/a TRUTH LOUNGE; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION DIVISION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND TOBACCO; AND STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendants, Victor D. Crist, Clerk of the Court, will offer for sale and sell at an internet online auction, which may be accessed at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on September 17, 2025, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
