NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered August 6, 2024, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
That certain Parcel consisting of Unit 10, as shown on Condominium Plat of Carol Apartments, a Condominium, according to Condominium Plat Book 40, Page 70, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed March 13, 1980, in Official Records Book 4995, Page 403, together with additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as shown from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on September 11, 2025.
